Carlie joined our team in September 2024 as a full-time Client Service Representative. With over three years of experience in the animal-related field, including roles in retail at pet stores, Carlie brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for animals to her role.

Her responsibilities include building meaningful client relationships, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. One of Carlie’s favorite parts of her job is checking in clients and patients, as it allows her to connect and build strong relationships with them. Known for her kindness, easy-going nature, and ability to learn quickly, Carlie’s unique attributes make her a valuable part of our team.

At home, Carlie shares her life with a loving pet family: Bohdi, her 3-year-old Australian Shepherd; Ghost, her black domestic shorthair cat; Piper, her calico domestic shorthair cat; and several reptiles. In her free time, Carlie enjoys reading, spending time snuggling her pets, and planning her wedding.
